Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you'll receive an order confirmation with your purchase details. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (domestic). Free on orders over $50!
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days. Rates are based on the weight and destination of your order.
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day. Available for select locations; shipping rates will be calculated during checkout.
Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout, based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
- We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
- Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $50! For orders under $50, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.
International Shipping
At this time, Shop-Saver only ships within the United States. We are working to expand our shipping options and will notify customers when international shipping becomes available.
Shipping Carriers
We use reliable shipping carriers to deliver your orders:
- USPS (United States Postal Service)
- UPS (United Parcel Service)
- FedEx
The carrier will be selected based on the best available option for your shipping method and location.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package through the carrier’s website or by visiting your order page on Shop-Saver.
Shipping Delays
While we work hard to ensure timely deliveries, certain factors can cause delays, such as:
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- High order volumes
- Carrier delays
If your order is delayed, please allow extra time for delivery. You can track your package for the latest updates.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit:
- Tracking Information: Check your tracking updates for any delivery attempts or information.
- Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, check with neighbors or your local post office for assistance.
- Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your package. We’ll assist in resolving the issue.
We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve any lost or damaged packages.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Shop-Saver is not responsible for delays or lost items due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to update your address, please do so as soon as possible before your order is processed.
